Team Estes made everything so easy for us—especially since we moved out of state while the house was being prepared for sale. Wes won our trust when we first met him and he and Wendy kept us up to date at all times. Both provided tremendous advice and their turnkey operation with the local small businesses kept all the complex parts moving forward in harmony. Any one of those contacts could have easily turned this adventure into a nightmare. Team Estes far exceeded our high expectations in this life changing event. Wes and his team were great to work with. They responded to texts, phone calls and emails very quickly, most times, within minutes. Wes helped me thru a difficult offer process to a successful sale with that buyer.
